Interested in learning more about

the Catholic Faith?

OCIA (The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults) is the process through which adults and teens enter into Full Communion with the Catholic Church through reception of the Sacraments.  Through a series of formation classes, candidates walk through a comprehensive study of the Catholic Faith.  It is necessary that non-Catholics who wish to join the Catholic Church participate in OCIA, but it is also for Catholic adults  and teens who have missed one or more of the Sacraments of Initiation:  First Communion or Confirmation.  It is also an excellent course for fully initiated Catholics who want to deepen their understanding of their Catholic Faith.  Those already fully initiated are invited to attend individual classes of their choice.  Weekly topics will be listed in the pastorate bulletin.

OCIA Classes are now completed for 2025-2026 liturgical year.

OCIA for the 2026-2027 liturgical year will be beginning mid-September and will continue until the Easter Vigil mass.  Classes will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:15 pm at St. Thomas More in the Social Hall.
